The shipping industry continues to present us and the entire commerce industry with unprecedented challenges related to historical volume to all shipping networks and slower processing due to COVID-19 safety measures. We are working around the clock with our fulfillment and shipping partners to find more ways to improve your experience and meet your shipping expectations.

FedEx has alerted us that unfortunately since March 2020, they've been running over capacity and still have a shortage of available drivers. As a precaution, we are encouraging our customers to order 2 weeks in advance to avoid running too low on pet food supply in case a package is delayed.

 Local to Southern California? Our corporate office location is open to the public - we just kindly ask that you wear a mask if coming inside, please. Order in store if you like or order ahead of time by calling us (714) 993-5500 for convenient curbside contactless pickup available weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 7am-4pm. We're located at: 1621 N Orangethorpe Way, Anaheim, CA 92801. Will Call Pickup orders are located along the side of our building. Simply ring the bell when you arrive and a staff member will come out to assist you. Need help loading the pet food into your vehicle? We can certainly help you, just ask!

Thankfully, Nature's Select is considered an "essential business" as we provide food to your pets, so we are here to continue to serve you during these times and help with all of your pet food needs via phone & online methods. The health of our employees and the health of our customers remains of the utmost importance always, especially now during these crucial times we are experiencing as a nation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our team will continue to place your orders over the phone, via email, and online orders for delivery. Please be advised that standard delivery transit times may be delayed by a day or two due to high online order volume nationwide.

Know that while we are experiencing higher volumes of incoming phone calls, emails, messages, and orders - we will respond to all messages and requests in the order that they are received. We understand people don't want to run out of pet food, but we also want to be able to have enough inventory to deliver food to everyone who needs it! The surge in people ordering extra pet food, or ordering earlier than normal, caused us to run through our inventory at an accelerated rate and has placed a burden on our manufacturer to keep up with the increased demand. With many pet owners in the U.S. panic buying pet food or hoarding extra, ALL pet food manufacturers across the country are having difficulty sourcing their ingredients at the same time, thus creating a major snag in the pet food supply chain. We are trying our absolute best to continue to have an ample supply of fresh pet food and get it out to our customers on time. There's no need to stockpile - we will be here when you need more pet food. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
