If you have purchased pet food, treats, or any other Nature's Select items on this website since March 2020, all sales are final. With the ongoing seriousness of this pandemic with virus concerns, health requirements, panic buying, and safety, we are doing all that we can to ensure a smooth process and ensure that all receive their pet food necessities. Temporary Dog Food Limit In Effect Until April 30th 2020 - Only (2) 30 lb Bags Per Recipe/Per Customer
The frenzy that occurred a few weeks ago around the time we were all instructed to practice safe habits such as social distancing, shelter-in-place, hand-washing, disinfecting and cleaning our surfaces, and the like placed immense pressure on pet food retailers to control their inventories. We understand people don't want to run out of pet food, but we also want to be able to have enough inventory to deliver food to everyone who needs it! The surge in people ordering extra pet food, ordering earlier than normal, caused us to run through our inventory at an accelerated rate and has placed a burden on our manufacturer to keep up with the increased demand.
With many pet owners in the U.S. panic buying pet food or hoarding extra, ALL pet food manufacturers across the country are having difficulty sourcing their ingredients at the same time, thus creating a major snag in the pet food supply chain. We are trying our absolute best to continue to have an ample supply of fresh pet food and get it out to our customers on time. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you limit your next order to just *TWO BAGS* if you typically order more than 60-lbs of the same recipe. If we can all work together and abide by the two 30-lb bag limit, we will be able to accomodate ALL order requests until the end of April. We expect to be able to reinstate multiple bag purchases of our pet food recipes by May 1st 2020*
