*2021 Shipping Update*
To Our Valued Nature's Select Customers:
We truly hope this new year finds you and your pack happy and healthy. We wanted to reach out because we have received some news from our courier that we use to ship a majority of our pet food orders, FedEx, and would like to take the time to discuss with you some changes. As dog parents ourselves, we understand receiving your pet food shipments and deliveries in a timely manner is of the utmost importance, not to mention through our signature free home delivery which has always been a key feature of our business.
Unfortunately, as the shipping industry continues to present us and the entire e-commerce world with unprecedented challenges related to historical volume to all shipping networks and slower processing due to COVID-19 safety measures, it has become more and more difficult to avoid passing off the shipping charge increases we are currently facing. Please know that we are working around the clock with our fulfillment and shipping partners to find more ways to improve your overall experience with Nature's Select.
While we were able to negotiate to lower this additional handling fee from the original $5 per 50 lb package that was in place from Oct 2020 to Jan 2021, unfortunately it remains as a reduced rate of $3 charge per 50 lb package.
*FedEx Reduced Handling Fee - For Orders 50 lbs or more*
Effective on February 2nd 2021, these are our new reduced handling fees via FedEx that we were able to negotiate for 2021. Unfortunately, due to continued rising shipping costs from all couriers, shortage of drivers, and continued high volume of packages going out, the additional handling fee remains in effect for orders weighing 50 lbs or more that are shipped by Nature's Select through FedEx. See these new reduced rates that are now in effect as of 2/2/2021 below:
- Free Standard Shipping | 10 lb - 49 lb = $0.00
- Additional Handling Fee | 50 lb and up = $3.00* (*for every package weighing 50 lbs or more. Ex: 100 lb order will have a $6.00 shipping charge applied)
- Minimum Shipping | 0 lb - 9 lb = $10.00
Please know that while we understand this is in no way ideal, and extremely inconvenient for our multi-bag customers who get orders shipped out, we are doing everything we can in our power to explore other options that are more cost-effective for our customers overall. The shipping industry is very competitive at this time, and these rising costs are something that is being experienced across all industries and businesses in the US.Important to understand that the above information only applies to packages shipping from Nature's Select Corporate Customers, the above rates in no way reflect those of our distributors across the US - if you belong to a different distributor, or need help getting in touch with your local office, please visit our Store Locator Page.

*Weather Delays Possible During Winter Months*

As a friendly courtesy, we suggest placing a reorder at least 1 week in advance to avoid running out of pet food.
