General Shipping Information

Our small team will do our best to pack and ship out your pet food order within 24 hours if we receive your order weekdays before our daily order cutoff.

For West Coast Customers - orders received weekdays M-F by 1:00pm PST will ship out same day via FedEx Home Delivery for regular delivery within 1-3 business days.

For East Coast Customers - orders received weekdays M-F by 1:00pm EST will ship same day via FedEx Home Delivery for regular delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping delays are possible, so we do recommend placing your pet food orders in a timely manner. Please take this time to check on your current pet food supply, do you have enough to last 5-7 days? As a friendly courtesy, we do kindly suggest placing a pet food reorder at least 1 week in advance to avoid running out completely.

All Nature's Select Orders will be shipped in the order they are received assuming all items in the order are in stock. Our goal is to ship your entire order together but occasionally an item can ship separately based on item availability in our warehouse locations. Once an order is packed you will be sent a valid tracking number via email. All orders will be shipped and delivered within 1-5 business days depending on where you live in the continental US. We use FedEx Home Delivery for all of our shipments due to locked in pricing rates for our small business; however, if you prefer your order to be shipped using a different carrier you are subject to pay the difference accordingly. NaturesSelectShop.com is the website of our Nature's Select Headquarters and Flagship Store in Southern California. We currently service customers by shipping orders from our US Warehouse Locations on the East Coast & West Coast. We ship pet food orders into states that are not currently serviced by a Nature's Select Dealer*

We proudly serve customers across the Continental United States.

Note that Nature's Select does NOT ship outside of the continental United States. Our pet food is not currently available in Alaska or Hawaii, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Note: If you are an existing customer of another NS Location, and you accidentally placed an order from our site and wish to cancel, please contact us to request a cancellation. We are happy to cancel the order and issue a refund if the order has not been shipped out. Call us 714-993-5500 or email orders@naturesselectcorp.com for a cancellation request. You will need to contact your local Nature's Select Distributor to place an order directly with them to ensure it goes out (your order details will not be transferred over as our dealers operate independently and we do not have access to their database and vice versa)

Attention Service Dog Customers:

If you are a Guide Dog Customer from Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, or you are a Service Dog Customer from America's VetDogs, we are happy to service you! Please call our team directly to set up an order with your special discount applied. Please have your AVD or GDF class code ready. Shipping Policy:

- Orders $40.00 or more: Temporary Fuel Surcharge $3.00*

- Orders $39.99 or less: $20.00 Minimum Shipping Charge

*This is a temporary fuel surcharge in place of our usual free shipping policy on orders $40 or more. 5/14-5/26 was $7.50 on all orders. As of 5/27 it's $3.00 on all orders; however, we are actively looking into other shipping courier services to hopefully drop it altogether in the coming weeks. We will keep our customers informed as updates happen, we appreciate your patience as we navigate these rising costs. Our small business is being drastically impacted in all directions and we are doing our best to not pass on any further price increase to our customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this time.

Multiple Shipments

Please keep in mind if you are ordering multiple types of items, such as dry food and canned food, or order from multiple collections such as supplements or treats, your order may come in multiple shipments. Nature's Select Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

Nature's Select Pet Food provides a subscription service for customers wanting to sign up for recurring pet food orders. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item(s).

If you are a Nature's Select Subscription Member, you are agreeing to recurring orders being shipped on a recurring basis and your card being charged accordingly. It is your responsibility to edit, skip, or cancel your subscription BEFORE an order ships out if you do not want or need Nature’s Select subscription items. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any associated restocking or shipping fees associated with returning the subscription order, and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
