Nature's Select started as a super small operation out of our founder's home. We were the first pet food delivery company out of Southern California!

Our signature free home delivery is something we still offer today for all orders $40.00 or more. All orders are packed with care in a timely manner and will ship same day Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. Learn more about our shipping policy for additional information.

the delivery was late

the delivery was late, which I understand is due to weather. I have asked every time for the delivery to be left at my garage and not on my porch. Today they left the heavy boxes on my front porch. It i hard for me to move them and they also left them on a wet spot so the boxes were falling apart. I know this is on FedEx, but how can we make sure they follow the delivery instructions? It is very frustrating
