Cancellation Policy:

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions:

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at anytime. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Nature's Select Subscription Terms of Service:

Nature's Select Pet Food provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item(s). Changing Your Subscription:

Simply login to your Nature's Select account with us to make adjustments to your active pet food subscription. Skip an upcoming pet food order, adjust your delivery schedule, toss in extra items, adjust your quantity, or move up your upcoming order date. You can also cancel your subscription anytime!

Important Reminder:

If you do not need your scheduled pet food subscription order and wish to skip or cancel entirely, remember that it is YOUR responsibility to take action before it ships. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any associated restocking or shipping fees, and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

*If you are an existing customer of another NS Distributor Location, you will need to contact them directly to ask about their local auto-ship programs available. Not all distributors have pet food subscriptions available or not all offer a subscribe & save offer incentive. If you feel you placed an order with us in error please contact us to cancel the order. Note: You will need to cancel your active subscription with us by editing your account online or contacting us directly before an order automatically processes and ships out from our warehouse locations.
