To Our Nature's Select Customers,
Writing to inform you all that after more than 15+ years, our local cookie manufacturer has suddenly gone out of business without any notice to us. We've been trying to place our regular order to restock all of your favorites for months and ultimately just found out recently they closed their doors with no warning to us. We have worked with this local partner for nearly two decades and were shocked to hear the news.
It is very disappointing to lose a great resource and not be able to deliver the quality cookies you are all used to. We have never had a problem keeping these popular cookie flavors in stock but have come to a a major disruption which has caused us to run out of almost everything all at once. While we do still have a couple of flavors left in stock, quantities are very limited. Rest assured that we are actively working on finding a new bakery to make a similar product for us but there is no guarantee they will be able to mirror the recipe exactly and we have no product launch estimated date at this time. We know how big of a bummer this is for everyone; we're sorry we don't have better news. As soon as we find an appropriate alternative, we will share updates as they happen and are hopeful we can have a new Nature's Select dog cookie/biscuit option by the holiday season if not sooner.
We do want to ask our customers for their opinion and preference - if we had to limit a new cookie biscuit release to just 2-3 flavor options to get started, what would be your top choices?
