*Delays Possible During Holiday Peak Season*

UPS and other popular couriers nationwide are all experiencing delays due to a shortage of drivers and spike in online orders and shipping needs. Shippers are still running at or over capacity. As we enter the holiday shopping season, from November 2021 through January 2022, it is very possible for a package to be delayed. As a precaution, we are encouraging our customers to order at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid running too low on pet food supply. We apologize for any inconvenience this delays could cause in the coming months.

How's your pet food supply? Now is a good time to check! We suggest placing a reorder at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid running out of pet food, especially as we approach the busy holiday season.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate the busy holiday shopping season. Our small team always gives 110% to pick, pack, and ship your orders within 48 hours or less in the order they are received. Our goal is to service your pet food needs as professionally and as quickly as possible. While there are concerns regarding the US Supply Chain, please rest assured that all of our ingredients are locally sourced, USA made, and our pet food is produced in the Great State of Texas. Our Ingredients are NOT stuck on supply ships, which means pet food is still being made fresh for your pets! We are committed to service you no matter what.

Our goal is to avoid panic buyers, so please place your regular order a little ahead of time and you should be just fine. We also recommend having a back up pet food supply just in case - weather delays, holiday travel plans, natural disasters - better to be prepared as a pet parent! Friendly reminder that our dry pet food products are guaranteed fresh and have a stable shelf life of up to 12 months as long as it's properly stored away from heat and moisture. We recommend keeping your bag sealed until you are ready to use it, or keep your open bag rolled down with a heavy duty "chip clip" or by simply dumping your kibble in a designated container that is properly sealed to keep it a fresh as possible for as long as possible (our customers prefer pop top containers, new lidded trash cans, cereal containers for the pantry, you get the idea!)
