Our Local Pick Up Process

Local to Southern California? We're happy to offer convenient, curbside pickup available weekdays Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm PST. You are welcome to call in your order ahead of time (714) 993-5500, order online and select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, or simply stop by our Anaheim location and order in store. We are open for business for walk-in customers, we just ask that you please wear a mask while in-store out of respect for our small staff and to protect our health. Thank you for your cooperation.

Your order will be staged in our will-call pick up area along the side of our building within an hour of placing your order during business hours. You will receive an email notification alerting you that it's ready for pickup, or a team member will call to remind you.

Need Directions?

If you have never been to our Anaheim location, we are located in the Orangethorpe Way Industrial Center, directly across the street from The Rock Church. Our major cross streets are Orangethorpe between Lemon & Raymond. Click here for directions on Google. You can also find us on Yelp. Look for the BIG American Flag, our office will have a "Pet Food Open" sign in red. Our will call pick up is located on the left side of our building, you can pull up along the side. You are welcome to grab your pet food order yourself (it will be staged for you and clearly marked) or if you need loading assistance, please ring the bell and a team member will come out to assist you. We are happy to accommodate you based on your comfort preferences to be safe and compliant with state regulations. Staff members will be wearing masks, disinfecting between customers, and maintaining 6 feet social distance out of respect.
