There have been recent concerns from customers and the general public about what to expect when it comes to the pet food market and we want to answer your questions and give peace of mind for our customers.

 

Know that when you shop with Nature's Select, you are supporting a family-owned and operated business. Our American ingredients are all locally sourced within 80 miles of our pet food manufacturing plant in East Texas. We are a "tariff proof company" meaning we do not rely on anything outside of the United States therefore are not having to pass on any significant costs on to our customers the way some brands are having to do with no choice. Proud to say that we have had ZERO price increases to our dry kibble products since November of 2023 and very limited partial increases on some of our treats. Rest easy knowing we have plenty of Nature’s Select Pet Food in stock, and want to do our best to help our customers avoid panic buying. Being prepared for a storm, natural disaster, or upcoming holiday trip is always encouraged so a backup supply of a small bag or case of canned food doesn't hurt to have on hand if your space and budget allows you to do so.

 

We know economic times are stressful, but shopping with us doesn't need to be! Great ways to save are by subscribing for automatic pet food for 5% off every order, referring a friend to earn $30 back or shopping our bundle deals

Please know that our goal is to ship out all orders within 24 hours if received on weekdays. Our team will do our very best to pick, pack, and ship all orders in a timely manner. Friendly reminder that as of April 2025 we went back to packing all pet food orders ourselves as a way to improve our customers' overall delivery experience and things have been smooth sailing ever since! Find our shipping expectations below:

 

For West Coast Customers - orders received weekdays M-F by 1:00pm PST will ship out same day via FedEx Home Delivery for regular delivery within 1-3 business days.

 

For East Coast Customers - orders received weekdays M-F by 12:00pm EST will ship same day via FedEx Home Delivery for regular delivery within 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping delays are possible, so we do recommend placing your pet food orders before running out completely. Please take this time to check on your current pet food supply, do you have enough? As a friendly courtesy, we suggest placing a reorder at least 1 week in advance.
