Writing to inform you that as of recently, some of our customers have reported delivery delays. Such delays are due to high volume of packages going out due to increased online orders with many businesses still closed nationwide, along with social distancing measures currently impacting our shipping partners including: USPS, FedEx and Falcon Delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused or could cause you in the coming months.
Some shippers are reporting that since March, their monthly volume this year has been as heavy as the holiday season typically only seen in November/December, so please know that everyone is doing the best they can given the current circumstances.
As a friendly courtesy, we suggest placing a reorder at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid running out of pet food, especially as we approach the busy holiday season.
