We encourage our current Nature's Select customers to read through our updated shipping policy below. General Shipping Information

NaturesSelectShop.com is the website of our Nature's Select Headquarters and Flagship Store in Anaheim, CA. We currently service customers by shipping orders into the following states that are not currently serviced by another nearby Nature's Select Distributor. We proudly service customers in the following states:

California Customers:

  • Our corporate office services Southern California areas within Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, Ventura County, Kern County, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara.
  • If you live in Northern California, please order from NS NorCal.
  • If you live in the Inland Empire area (Riverside, Palm Springs, San Bernardino) please order from NS Inland Empire.
  • All other California residents we are happy to service from here! If you have accidentally placed an order from our site and you reside outside of our service areas, your order is subject to be cancelled and refunded. We will provide you the proper contact info to ensure your order is received and shipped out in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

Misc. Customers:

  • If you currently live in another state that is not listed above, we recommend placing an order with your nearest Nature's Select Distributor. Find your location here.
  • Nature's Select Pet Food does NOT ship outside of the continental United States. Our pet food is not currently available in Alaska or Hawaii, we apologize for any inconvenience.
  • If you are a Guide Dog Customer from Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, or you are a Service Dog Customer from America's VetDogs, we are happy service you! Please call our team to set up an order with your special discount and have your class code ready: (714) 993-5500 we are available weekdays 7am to 4pm PST.

East Coast Customers:

  • Orders placed on NaturesSelectShop.com will arrive either via UPS Delivery or Falcon Delivery Express if within Washington D.C. Our Nature's Select Corporate Office services customers primarily in and around the Southern California area and Washington D.C. / East Coast areas; however, we also service customers in states that are not currently serviced by another Nature's Select Distributor. 
  • Any customers outside of those areas can order directly from a local Nature's Select Distributor if available. Locate your nearest distributor here
  • Don't see a distributor in your state? We are happy to ship your order accordingly from the nearest Nature's Select Distributor. Contact us with any questions: 714-993-5500

Delivery Expectations:

  • Southern California customers can expect their orders to ship out same day if an order is placed weekdays before 2pm PST. Most SoCal residents receive their pet food orders from us within 1 business day.
  • Arizona and Nevada customers can expect their orders to ship out same day if an order is placed weekdays before 2pm PST. These packages typically arrive between 1-2 business days.
  • West Coast customers outside of CA, AZ, NV can expect orders to arrive between 2-4 business days, based on location.
  • Local Washington D.C. customers, and those living around that area, will have their orders ship out the next business day as long as orders are placed by 12am EST. A local driver will do a daily route to get your order delivered same day.
  • Other East Coast customers outside of the D.C. area can expect their orders to arrive between 2-5 business days, based on location.

Free Shipping:

  • Orders $40.00 or more: Free Shipping!
  • Orders $39.99 or less: $10.00 Minimum

Rates are subject to change during peak holiday shipping times, but please know we will always inform our customers in advance to any shipping spikes taking place. We appreciate your continued patience and support over the past couple years regarding all of the fuel surcharges, supply chain issues, product delays, and price updates regarding shipping challenges due to Covid-19 and overall US Inflation. 

Multiple Shipments

Automatic Pet Food Subscriptions

Nature's Select Pet Food provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item. 

If you are a Nature's Select Subscription Member, you are agreeing to recurring orders being shipped on a recurring basis and your card being charged accordingly. It is your responsibility to edit, skip, or cancel your subscription BEFORE an order ships out if you do not want or need Nature’s Select subscription items. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any associated restocking or shipping fees associated with returning the subscription order, and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. If you need help signing up for a subscription, managing your subscription, making changes or cancelling, please contact us for direct assistance.
