Traveling for Christmas? We recommend placing your pet food reorder no later than TODAY Friday December 16th by 2pm PST to ensure delivery by Xmas Eve - Saturday, December 24th.
- No holiday delivery guarantees can be made if orders are received after 12/16 for delivery prior to Christmas weekend, we apologize for any inconvenience.
- We will have special holiday hours on Fri 12/23 7am to 2pm*
- Our offices will be CLOSED on Mon 12/26*
- Note: No deliveries will be made on Mon 12/26 and no orders will be packed or shipped on the holiday closure.
- Orders received over the long holiday weekend will be packed and shipped in the order they are received. Our small team will do our best to ensure all orders go out Tues 12/27 but please know this is one of our busiest days of the year!
- Any Nature's Select orders placed Fri 12/23 are subject to shipping availability due to special holiday hours that day. If you're on the West Coast, orders placed on 12/23 before 12pm PST will ship same day for regular delivery via UPS. If you're on the East Coast, orders placed on 12/23 will ship out the following Tues 12/27 after the holiday via UPS for regular delivery. If you're local to the Washington D.C. area orders placed on 12/23 will ship and arrive via local delivery vans on Mon 12/27 - Please plan accordingly.
