We understand our customer concerns but want to assure you that we have plenty of pet food to go around for our customers. As of today, April 1 2020, we have not experienced any customers trying to order large volumes of pet food or hoard; however, if it were to come to that scenario, we do have processes in place that we can limit 2-4 bags per customer. Should that go into effect, we would let our customers know accordingly. Policy Update March 2020 - If you placed an order in March 2020 or sooner, all sales are final. Due to high volume of orders and these unprecedented times, we can not offer returns until further notice.
