Due to high package volume for the holiday season across the US, and with common winter weather delays, it's highly likely that your shipment could take longer than usual to arrive. We recommend reordering your pet food at least 1-2 weeks early to avoid running out completely. Christmas Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed by Thursday, December 16th by 1pm PST will ship out and should arrive by Christmas Eve - December 24th*
- Orders placed Thursday, December 23rd BEFORE 12pm PST will ship out same day for delivery after the holiday weekend (transit times may vary)
- Orders placed Thursday, December 23rd AFTER 12pm PST will ship out the following week on Monday, December 27th for regular delivery (transit times may vary due to high holiday package volume across the US)
- No UPS deliveries will be made on Saturday, December 25th for Christmas Day.
New Years Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed Thursday, December 30th BEFORE 12pm PST will ship out same day for delivery after the holiday weekend (transit times may vary)
- Orders placed Thursday, December 30th AFTER 12pm PST will ship out the following week on Monday, January 3rd for regular delivery.
- No UPS deliveries will be made on Saturday, January 1st for New Years Day.
*Our office will be closed Friday December 24th and Friday December 31st for the holidays. All live chat inquiries, emails, reorder requests, and voicemails will be returned in the order they are received starting on the day we return to the office on Monday January 3rd.
